Gaby announcing the jobs news: Hey Discord community, never thought I would send a message in this channel this soon in my career, though I always read every job announcement people posted to keep myself inspired. I started coding in June 2021 and earlier this year, I purchased the Front End Developer Career Path. I'm really happy to announce that, thanks to Scrimba, I got an internship from a small software company in my city!!! The internship lasts 3 months and depending on my performance, they will offer a position as a junior front end developer. Today was my first day and I was beyond excited to begin with. The work method is hybrid, which I really love. Also, before getting this internship, I would apply to 20-30 jobs weekly. Persistence is key. The jobs are there, the difficult part is finding them. Never give up!!!

Abraham announcing the job news: Hello! Scrimba discord community. I'm thrilled to report that I've been accepted for a new position as Frontend Developer at Hashtag Digital Services! This job is a fantastic chance for me to grow and advance in my software development career. I'd want to express my gratitude to my contacts for their assistance during my job hunt. after over 1 year and 2 months of active coding(projects) and learning(Scrimba, Youtube, etc.) with countless sleepless nights of fixing bugs, I'm extremely eager to go on this new adventure! I was very active in the discord community but all of a sudden my discord account was deleted. I just had to create another one to share the good news. thanks a lot to Scrimba and every instructor I was opportune to be their student. thanks to everyone here in the scrimba community that helped me a lot with my errors and issues

Smitty announcing the job news: So sad that I had to cancel my Scrimba account but I thankfully got hired doing back end Python for one of the biggest banks in the US, so I am pretty stoked and wish everyone GOOD LUCK in your endeavors! Julia announcing the job news: hello scrimba community! About 9 months ago I started my code learning path and yesterday I got a front-end internship offer. Thanks Scrimba for their amazing content and great instructors, thanks to everyone in the scrimba community. It helped more than anything that I tried online. When I thought about giving up you all inspired me to keep going.

Carlos announcing the job news: Hello everyone, how are you guys doing today? I came here to share my experience with Scrimba and tell how I got hired as a full-stack developer at an Israeli startup! :scrimba_space_agency: About 3 months ago I started on the Scrimba Frontend Developer Career Path to learn how to make websites with HTML, CSS, JS, and learn React. I already knew how to program for software and make backend with C#, C++, C, and NodeJS, but I never really managed how to make the frontend side of things. I tried a lot of online courses, tutorials, etc... until one day I learned about Scrimba and started doing the free HTML and CSS just to see how the lectures are done. The way it's shown, with a video lecture on a single subject, in a very clear way I was finally able to understand how HTML and CSS worked and was able to finally create some pretty and functional frontend! This led me to buy the pro membership to learn about the full front-end path. 3 months after I finished the frontend path, I continued to train with React creating small components and websites, I was screened by a Recruiter on Linkedin who sent me the offer to start the interview with an Israeli startup. It was a long process, almost 1 month of 1 interview per week, with take-home assignments, online tests, and talking with the team to see if I fit with the company culture. But after 1 month of interview, 2 days ago I was told they would continue with me for the position of full stack developer! I'm really happy that Scrimba helped me get this job! I start next sunday with them

Carlos has a job as a full stack developer with an Israeli start-up! It was a big interview process consisting of weekly interviews for a month and take-home challenges.

Interestingly, Carlos already had backend knowledge, and came to Scrimba to add frontend to his repertoire! Great stuff Carlos! Lots of fun to be had with a start-up!

Artem announcing the job news: Hello Scrimba community. I can't believe, I find a job as Junior Frontend dev. I have only been studying frontend for 5 months. I learn the frontend like this: when I go to bed I want to wake up quickly to continue studying😂. Now in our country, it's a very big problem to find a job because of the war, there are less than 10 offers for Junior Frontend jobs and there are more than 300 candidates on each position but it's not about people, who learn frontend on Scrimba. I wanted to find a job in the office and at the first interview I passed it perfectly. I believe that it's impossible to create something better than @Bob Ziroll 's react courses, I answered absolutely all the questions and solved all tasks both in react and js. Next week I'm moving to another city and will work with React and React Native.

Artem has a job as a junior frontend developer! He says that because of the war in Ukraine, it is hard to get a job, especially when there are only 10 job openings and 300 candidates per job! Congrats Artem! 🥳

Ulla announcing the job news: I am very happy to inform you that I have accepted an offer as a junior front-end developer at a big tele communication company in the Netherlands! I would love to share something about my story, maybe to inspire and help others.

Ulla is proof that you don't need to learn to code from childhood. Exactly one year ago, she quit her job as a medical doctor. She says: "At that moment I still had no clue what to do next. However, I did know I wanted to do something totally different."
